How to Activate 'Ready-for-Pickup' or 'Ready-for Delivery' Notifications
You can elect to receive automatic notifications when your orders are ready for pickup or delivery. In order to receive these notifications, you must configure your profile settings as described in this document. You have the option to choose to receive notifications via text (SMS), email or both.
1. Sign into your Customer Portal website.
2. Under the My Account menu, select My Profile.
3. Once in the My Profile screen, select Notifications.
4. Enable Sales Order Ready for Pickup for Will Call orders. For delivery orders, enable Sales Order Ships. Enable other notifications if desired.
